Yard & Drive Thru Team Member - Gisborne

About the role: You’ll be working in our Yard and Drive‑thru area as part of the team, serving customers, loading, and unloading products onto vehicles and trucks. Daily you will be responsible for: Assisting customers within our timber yard & Drive Thru department Loading goods onto customer vehicles Processing customer orders and transactions Picking orders for delivery when needed Monitoring inventory and cycle counts Assisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained Operating a forklift This is a permanent full‑time role, offering 45 hours a week. Working Monday to Friday with 1 to 2 rostered Saturdays a month. About you: You will play a lead role in ensuring our loyal customers receive the utmost care and service. You will need to be a people person and someone who thrives in building rapport with customers. Trade/product knowledge or warehousing experience Physically fit and a solid health and safety values Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Great attention to detail and be organised Competent computer and numeracy skills A clean/current full NZ Drivers Licence is essential. Forklift experience and forklift licence/endorsement is ideal.
