Christchurch, All NZ Regions, New Zealand Role Overview As a Senior Associate – Healthcare Architecture, you will be a trusted leader within our growing Health Architecture studio, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex healthcare environments that improve patient outcomes, staff wellbeing and operational efficiency. You will provide design and technical leadership across major healthcare projects, build strong client relationships, guide projects from early planning and briefing through to delivery, and mentor and develop emerging talent within the business. Responsibilities Provide design and technical leadership across major healthcare projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications Registered Architect status or equivalent professional qualifications. Significant experience delivering complex healthcare projects, or similar highly regulated, technically complex environments. Strong understanding of healthcare planning, design principles and project delivery processes. Proven experience managing client relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders. The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across a range of technical disciplines. Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to successful project outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, present and build trusted relationships. A passion for creating high-quality environments that positively impact communities.
