Job Description
This specialist kiwi-owned consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join them at the heart of their project delivery team across commercial fit-out projects in Auckland. They are enthusiastic, front runners with continued ongoing success over the past 20-years and a healthy pipeline of work lined up for 2026. They provide quality results with a tailored, personal approach and have strong relationships formed with both local and global clients, as well as government sector organisations. Responsibilities Ensure completion of the project in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits. Manage resources in conjunction with managers. Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements. Keep directors and superiors informed of project progress and cost status. Client management – effectively work with team and managers to ensure relevant communication with the client is done. Understand cost-to-completion projections and assist in making decisions accordingly. Qualifications Degree qualified – architecture, construction management, building science. 4+ years experience working in a consultancy or client representative project management role. Able to demonstrate project delivery ideally in interior fit-outs across a variety of asset classes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills dealing with the demands of the client while working with designers and contractors on site. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required.
