This is a rare opportunity to join Endura Mining at a foundational stage and help shape its future from the ground up. With active site operations in New Zealand and a growing Sydney based corporate team, we are entering an exciting phase of rapid growth and transformation. With production targeted within the next 12 to 18 months, our strategy is to grow into a multi asset business operating 3 to 5 gold and copper projects. The stage is set for you to be part of this journey from the very beginning, where your impact will directly influence how we scale and succeed. We need a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team, responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment across our mining site, while also helping embed a scalable recruitment systems and processes. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a high‑growth environment and enjoys building as well as delivering. As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are responsible for: End‑to‑End Recruitment Lead full lifecycle recruitment across mining, operations, trades, technical and corporate roles Work closely with site leaders to understand workforce needs, rosters and operational constraints Proactively source candidates for hard‑to‑fill blue‑collar and regional roles Deliver recruitment campaigns for volume hiring when required Coordinate interviews, site assessments, medicals, background checks and offers Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned to Endura’s values Site Engagement Build trusted relationships with site leadership and frontline teams A hybrid role, requiring regular visits to mine sites to support hiring, understand roles and represent Endura’s employer brand Support workforce planning discussions with operational leaders Systems and Process Help with the implementation of our new recruitment systems, tools and workflows Help with the development of practical recruitment processes, templates and hiring guidelinesSupport selection and rollout of an ATS or recruitment technology Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with legislation, awards and site requirements Employer Brand Represent Endura at careers events and industry forums where required Track recruitment metrics including time to hire, quality of hire and pipeline health Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality and consistency of hiring Contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives as the function grows About You Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiter, ideally in a mining, resources, construction or blue‑collar environments Strong experience recruiting operational, trade or site‑based roles Capabilities Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments Practical and hands‑on, with the ability to both design and deliver Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with site leaders Confident engaging with frontline workforces Organised, resilient and outcomes focused Willingness to travel regularly to mine site What we offer Competitive remuneration package Accommodation Allowance Work bus from Reefton and Greymouth Healthcare provided for all staff Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and safety‑focused workplace culture Employee wellbeing and assistance programs If this sounds like the role for you, apply today!
