The Role You will be a key part of the team involved in the preparation and cooking of a high standard of meals for residents in our care homes and the community. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective food service, presenting meals in an appealing and appetizing manner following the Enliven philosophy. Hours: Alternative Saturday & Sunday 0600-1330hrs. (There may be the opportunity to pick up extra hours to help cover planned and unplanned leave.) About You Has good time management skills and can work efficiently in a busy kitchen Has a positive and helpful attitude Be motivated to learn Work well in a team and independently Be reliable, efficient and hardworking Have the ability to follow a recipe and menus accurately Have kitchen experience and unit standards 167 and 168 (preferable, but not a requirement) Experience with bulk cooking would be an advantage.
