In this role you will be an integral part of the team, utilising your expertise to leverage their strong word‑of‑mouth following and forging relationships with key partners to provide exceptional service to valued clients. Responsibilities Assist and support the owner / Director; being their right‑hand person ensuring the best use of their time is maintained. Ongoing management of an extensive client base. Loan application preparation and data collection / follow‑ups. Building rapport with stakeholders. CRM management. System implantation(s). Refix management. Client retention management. Manage confidential and highly sensitive information. Qualifications Ability to anticipate needs, engage with stakeholders, prioritise and multi‑task effectively. Exceptional attention to detail, quick thinking, proactivity, organisation, professionalism, communication and strong interpersonal skills. NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
