Job Description

About the Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be a key member of the Invercargill branch, handling front counter service and store operations. You will be the face of TWL to customers while ensuring smooth behind‑the‑scenes work. Responsibilities Serve customers in person, by phone, and online. Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently. Receiving goods, entering data into the inventory system, and maintaining stock control. Maintaining tidy, well‑presented product displays. Processing sales and preparing required documentation and invoicing. Supporting stocktakes and cyclic counts. Ensuring excellent customer service and safe work practices. Qualifications & Experience Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts (preferred). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and good computer skills. Physically fit and willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done. Great communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
