Job Description
Social Media Manager – Les Mills New Zealand Full‑time onsite role based in Auckland CBD, New Zealand, reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute the brand’s social media strategy, driving engagement and growth across platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and oversight of social media content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Collaborate with content creators and influencers to produce authentic user‑generated content. Work closely with Instructors and club teams to develop branded content that engages audiences. Use analytics and creative insights to design campaigns that increase engagement and brand presence. Manage relationships with external collaborators, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality assets. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of relevant social media experience. Experience working for a high‑profile consumer brand. Proven track record managing content creators and influencers. Strong storytelling skills through social‑media campaigns. Expertise in Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Excellent shooting and editing abilities. Ability to thrive amid ambiguity, adapt to change, and work at pace.
