Reliable Class 2 Drivers Wanted - Cyclic Maintenance Team (Matamata-Piako District) We're looking for motivated and dependable drivers to join a busy cyclic maintenance crew working across the Matamata-Piako District. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a supportive team, and keeping the region's roads safe and well-maintained, this is a great opportunity to get involved. Day and night shifts are available to suit different lifestyles. Roles Available We want to hear from you if you have experience in: Class 2 Truck Driving (preferred) Class 1 Drivers with willingness to step up and train Road maintenance or civil construction support work (advantageous) What You'll Be Doing Operating Class 2 vehicles for road maintenance activities Supporting cyclic maintenance tasks including pothole repairs, edge maintenance, and general labouring Assisting with traffic management and site setup where required Working as part of a team across day or night shifts Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Conducting basic vehicle checks and maintaining equipment What You Need Full Class 2 licence preferred (Class 1 will be considered) Previous driving or civil construction experience is beneficial Ability to work flexible shifts (day and/or night) Physically fit and capable of hands-on work Strong commitment to health and safety Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a great attitude What's in It for You Competitive hourly rates based on your experience and licence class Ongoing, stable work with a reputable and well-established employer Variety in your role - work across both day and night shifts Opportunity to grow your skills and build a career in civil and infrastructure Full PPE provided to keep you safe on the job Supportive team environment with a strong focus on health and safety Apply now to join a dedicated team maintaining and improving the Matamata-Piako District.
