Reporting intotheService Business Manager-East & NZfor our Medical Division,the newService Team Leader - NZwill be basedinAuckland.You willplay acrucialrole inleadingservice team members,assistin managing,maintainingand further developing the service operations and business interests of the region,and toassistDraeger Medical supply technical service ensuring quality outcomesforour customers. Key responsibilitiesof this roleinclude,but are not limited to: Delegate service work, coach,monitorand provide performance feedback and development opportunitiesto NZ Medical Service teammembers; Provide technical and operationalassistanceto team members whenrequired; Develop the engineering team byutilisingconstructive feedback and coachingmethods; Deliver technicalexpertiseto internal salesandmarketing teams to increase companysupport; Regular reporting to management and key stakeholders on businessperformance; Restore customer equipment back to operational statusbytimelyresponding to break servicerequests; Install devices and product upgrades while keeping clients informedon operationalorientation; Address customer concerns and issues effectively tomaintainsatisfactorycompany brandimage; Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations,and; The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes: Tertiary qualification inBiomedical/ ElectronicsEngineeringorequivalentfield serviceexperience in the medical deviceindustry; Proven experience inscheduling,coordinatingor leading a smallteam; Ability toprioritise delivering exceptional customer service toclients; Proficientin usingMicrosoft OfficeandCRMapplications; Continued willingness to develop knowledge on Draeger’smedical productsandservices; Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment; Team player with a positive attitudeand willingness tolearn; Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards,and; Excellentleadership, analytical, problem solving, negotiation, influencing, facilitation,interpersonal, communication, organisational,andtask management skills.
