About the role Join our dedicated Student Health Services team as a General Practitioner providing high quality, student‑centred primary health care. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the health and wellbeing of our diverse student community. You’ll deliver expert clinical care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who share a passion for supporting young people through their university journey. Responsibilities Campus‑based role with regular hours and no after‑hours work. Meaningful work supporting diverse student communities. Forward‑thinking team focused on collaboration and innovation. Contribute to health promotion initiatives across the wider University community. What we’re looking for You are an experienced and compassionate General Practitioner who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You bring a patient‑centred approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in supporting students’ physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. With your strong clinical background and current registration as a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (FRNZCGP), you are confident in providing safe, high‑quality care. You are collaborative by nature – someone who enjoys working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, inclusive, and culturally responsive healthcare. Details Salary: in accordance with the Association of Salaried Medical Specialists (ASMS) Te Whatu Ora Senior Medical and Dental Officers Collective Agreement, based on skills, knowledge and experience.
