You bring clarity to complex updates, design solutions that work in fast‑changing environments, and empower operational teams to perform with confidence. Your expertise directly supports organisational readiness ahead of a significant regulatory deadline. What you'll be doing: Designing and delivering practical learning that supports regulatory and operational change Creating clear, role‑based materials including SOPs, guides, slide decks, video content, and digital modules Facilitating sessions for internal teams and enabling train‑the‑trainer for external partners Observing performance and providing targeted support to embed new behaviours Adjusting content quickly as system details evolve, ensuring relevance and usability Supporting go‑live readiness and producing assets that transition smoothly into BAU Measuring training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators Managing session planning, logistics, records, and reporting requirements About You: You're an experienced learning professional who brings clarity to complex information and enjoys empowering people through well‑designed learning experiences. You're confident facilitating across different formats, comfortable working at pace, and skilled at creating practical materials that help people adopt change with confidence. What you'll need to bring: Proven experience delivering training for system and process changes in complex or regulated settings Demonstrated capability designing and facilitating end‑to‑end learning solutions Experience developing clear, role‑based materials including SOPs, task guides, and job aids Confidence delivering learning when systems aren't fully built, using scenarios, simulations, or mock‑ups Strong facilitation skills across classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job environments Ability to operate effectively within a project structure, collaborating with BAs, SMEs, and change managers Experience evaluating learning through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators Legal and Eligibility All applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand and available to attend interviews locally.
