Key responsibilities Lead and grow the department’s research portfolio. Build research capacity, mentor staff, establish high‑performing teams, and deliver impactful outputs. Drive collaboration, foster capability, and advocate for consistency and quality in research and development. Extract research from an upcoming Masters of Occupational Therapy. About you Senior occupational therapy academic with research leadership experience. Strong publication record in top‑tier journals. Experience in securing external research funding and building collaborative research partnerships. Substantial undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience. Experience supporting indigenous, equity, or inclusion‑focused initiatives. Qualifications PhD in occupational therapy. Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand. Annual Practising Certificate (or eligibility for certification).
