These are currently casual roles , giving you the flexibility to choose your availability while contributing to high-quality first aid education. Current Casual Opportunities Auckland Northland Bay of Plenty Hastings / Gisborne Taupo Wellington Otago Southland What We’re Looking For Clinical health background or trauma first responder experience, either in New Zealand or internationally NZQA Unit Standard 4098 is required, or applicants must be actively working toward obtaining 4098 within 90 days of employment. Strong, proven communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Ability to engage confidently with diverse groups and learning styles Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence Legal right to work in New Zealand and required to complete police vetting process Willingness to travel as required Desirable Training, education, or facilitation background NZRC ECI qualification or equivalent Adult education qualificationExperience delivering and assessing practical, scenario-based learning About You You are a confident communicator who can create a positive learning environment and connect with a wide range of people. You will bring: An outgoing, approachable, and professional manner Confidence presenting information in practical, interactive, and engaging ways Strong English communication skills The ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive national team Willingness to occasionally travel outside your region You will thrive in an autonomous role, enjoy helping others build confidence, and take pride in delivering training that can make a real difference in an emergency.
