We need someone who is ready to hit the ground running and become a key part of our service team. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Qualified mechanic – ideally diesel, however other relevant mechanical experience will be considered. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively. Professional and approachable communication skills. A practical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong commitment to Health & Safety. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery to manufacturer standards. Testing and signing off on repairs to ensure high-quality workmanship. Communicating with the Service Manager regarding job progress or delays. Working safely and following all Health & Safety procedures. Supporting apprentices and assisting with on-the-job training when required. Keeping up to date with new products, tools, and technology. Attending manufacturer and company training sessions. Providing professional service to customers both in the workshop and on-site.
