About Park Hyatt Auckland Park Hyatt Auckland is our luxury spa location seeking a customer‑focused receptionist and attendant to support a high‑quality guest experience. The role goes beyond traditional reception duties and includes greeting, booking management, retail, and facility upkeep. Responsibilities Carry out reception and administration duties as required. Greet all guests in a welcoming and helpful manner. Liaise with all other practitioners, therapists, staff departments to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environment. Be familiar with the operation of cash register balancing, closing procedures and ordering of stock. Oversee retail sales as required. Make appointments for services and programs and direct guests to the correct area. Monitor cleanliness of Spa, Pool and Gym areas. Restock lockers with towels, robes, slippers and ensure facilities replenished correctly. Ensure all wellness areas are neat and tidy at all times. Requirements Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends. Experience as a receptionist in a 5‑star environment or hotel, preferably with knowledge about the beauty industry. Strong retail skills and drive to achieve set retail targets. Passion for the beauty background and understanding of beauty treatments. Legal working rights in NZ.
