We’re seeking a Commercial Claims Consultant to join a high-performing brokerage where advocacy, expertise, and service excellence are front and centre. About the opportunity This is a pivotal role supporting commercial clients through the full claims lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll manage claims across a broad portfolio, ensuring timely resolution while delivering clear, confident guidance to clients during what can often be high‑pressure situations. You’ll work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal stakeholders to achieve fair and efficient outcomes, all while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end commercial claims, including property, liability, and business interruption Act as the primary point of contact between clients, insurers, and external parties Drive claims progression, negotiating outcomes and advocating for clients Provide expert advice to clients and internal teams on claims strategy and policy interpretation Identify risks, delays, or coverage issues and take proactive steps to resolve them Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes About you Proven experience in commercial claims (brokerage, insurer, or underwriting environment) Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims frameworks Confident communicator with well-developed negotiation skills Client-focused, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively What’s on offer Supportive, professional (but fun!) team culture Modern central city office environment Opportunities for ongoing development and career progression If you’re ready to take the next step in your insurance career and want to join a team that values professionalism, energy, and initiative, we’d love to hear from you.
