Overview Nau mai, haere mai ki a Fulton Hogan | Join us at Fulton HoganWe’re looking for an Asset Data Lead Technician to join our Maintenance team in Whangārei. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality road maintenance outcomes. You’ll lead the process control, integrity, and optimisation of our Asset & Work Management (AWM) systems, making sure our contract data is accurate, and our crews are set up for success. This role can be full time or part time – minimum 3 days per week. Responsibilities Maintain, audit, and improve AWM databases to ensure top-quality contract data and performance. Develop and implement practical processes to validate, correct, and report on contract information. Mentor and support colleagues to enhance AWM data capture and team performance. Liaise closely with project teams, contract managers, and clients to deliver excellent results. Qualifications Ideally 2 years’ experience in AWM (formerly RAMM) data management and road maintenance contracts. Strong Microsoft Office, computer, and data entry skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently, mentor others, and a genuine team focus.
