About the job We’re looking for an experienced Process Improvement & Training Administrator to join our team in Auckland. Responsibilities Being responsible for efficient administrative and office services Supporting office operations, procedures and administrative functions. Creating a pilot process to verify employee competency across different roles in the Auckland business to ensure we are compliant with our clients Coordination and monitoring of training for staff members, being the main point of contact for training providers Organising and maintaining documentation in appropriate locations. Support with costing & invoices within the support team. Requirements At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role and NCEA Level 2 or higher. Strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills. High degree of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail Experience in a compliance related industry is preferable. Full class 1 license. All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, Ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.
