Orthopaedic Registrar BOP - 2026 Training year Full time role commencing August 2026 Tauranga Hospital offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive Orthopaedics department. You will be working alongside 14 Orthopaedics Surgeons, with access to a broad range of general and specialist Orthopaedics care. The department is fully accredited by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons for SET training, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience. The role includes a combination of trauma and elective Orthopaedics care, with rotations through Tauranga and Whakatāne Hospitals. About the Role This role offers eight pre-SET and four SET registrar positions. The department provides a comprehensive range of Orthopaedics care, and you will have opportunities to rotate between Tauranga and Whakatāne Hospitals. The role includes a strong focus on teaching, and you will have the chance to supervise house officers and medical students. Registrars in this position will have four three-month rotations, allowing for exposure to various aspects of Orthopaedics care.
