About The Role What you do in this role will have a real, genuine impact on the growth of the Uber Eats business in New Zealand. We know that having best‑in‑market restaurant selection for consumers is what makes for a winning marketplace, and in this role you will directly influence this by bringing on quality Restaurant and Merchant partners onto the Uber Eats platform. Your Impact in Role Own the full acquisition cycle of New Zealand's highest priority, local Restaurant partners Be a trusted advisor and have a deep understanding of their unique challenges & goals and articulate our compelling value proposition Be the voice of the customer and a true owner of the merchant experience Lead a defined territory and demonstrate a strategic approach to acquire the highest value merchants The Experience You'll Bring End to end sales cycle - Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms Executional excellence - Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks. Communication - Using communication skills and empathy to clearly, persuasively, and confidently deliver information to a variety of partners. Negotiation/Sales & Business Acumen - Taking time to build relationships that add long term value to the joint business success of Uber & partners.
