Overview Tax Pooling Solutions (TPS) is a specialist business within PwC New Zealand, helping businesses manage their tax obligations with greater flexibility and confidence. Kick‑start your career as a Junior Business Analyst within our Tax Pooling Solutions (TPS) team. Responsibilities Supporting the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms and business processes. Investigating system issues, managing support requests, and helping coordinate solutions to keep our systems running smoothly. Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes, and identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Assisting with the delivery of system enhancements by supporting requirements gathering, testing (including UAT), defect management, and implementation activities. Collaborating with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Designers, and Developers to deliver reliable, user‑focused solutions. Maintaining project documentation, product backlogs, and knowledge resources to support effective delivery and continuous improvement. Staying up to date with emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and contributing ideas to enhance our products and ways of working. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Commerce, Technology or related discipline. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. A genuine interest in technology, digital products, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation. A collaborative mindset, curiosity to learn, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Exposure to business analysis, software testing, or technology projects through studies, work experience, or personal projects.
