As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Provisional Licensed Immigration Adviser to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. About the Role This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you will manage immigration matters while working closely with experienced advisers and support staff in a fast‑paced environment. You will be involved in: Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) applications Employer Accreditation and Job Check applications Partnership‑based visa applications Residence visa applications Visitor visa applications Preparing and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) Assisting with Potentially Prejudicial Information (PPI) responses Conducting client consultations and eligibility assessments Liaising with Immigration New Zealand, employers, education providers, and supporting stakeholders Preparing high‑quality submissions and supporting documentation Maintaining accurate records, compliance, and case management standards You will gain exposure to a broad range of immigration matters and have the opportunity to further develop your technical knowledge and advisory skills. Working Style This is a full‑time, office‑based role located in Grey Lynn, Auckland. We believe collaboration, mentoring, and professional development are best achieved through working closely as a team. You will work alongside experienced immigration professionals and receive ongoing support to strengthen your technical capability and progress your career. What We're Looking For Current Provisional Immigration Adviser Licence or completing the course to Minimum 6 months' immigration industry experience preferred Sound understanding of New Zealand immigration instructions and visa processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently Professional, proactive, and client‑focused approach Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively within a team environment You do not need to know everything.
