Senior Structural Engineer

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our small and collaborative team in Hamilton. You will work across a range of residential, industrial, and commercial projects, providing sound engineering judgement, practical design solutions, and high-quality delivery for our clients. Working closely with our clients and project stakeholders, you will take ownership of project outcomes and contribute to a strong culture of technical excellence and client satisfaction. About The Role As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of structural projects across residential, commercial and industrial sectors in the region, providing technical expertise from concept through to completion. About You We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with 8–10+ years’ experience in New Zealand, with strong technical capability in structural design. Strong experience in residential, commercial and/or industrial structural engineering Solid understanding of seismic design and NZ Building Code requirements CPEng preferred, but not essential Strong client-facing skills and ability to build trusted relationships Practical, solutions focused engineering approach Good project delivery experience from concept through to completion Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
