Reservations Specialist

As a Reservations Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide behind the scenes, assisting guests and trade partners with bookings for our incredible experiences. From answering calls and emails to managing reservations and driving sales, you’ll make sure every interaction is professional, timely, and full of RealNZ hospitality. What experience and skills do we need for this role? At least 1 year reservations experience (online, phone and email) within the tourism industry Sales software (e.g. FareHarbor) experience Excellent verbal and written communication Numerical competency Computer skills, including MS programs (Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel) Impeccable customer service experience What's in it for you?
