Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant – Early Careers - ( 260000FY ) Description With continued growth across our Australia and New Zealand business, we have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our ANZ Talent Acquisition team, with a primary focus on Early Careers recruitment activity. Reporting into the Early careers lead, ANZ you will play a key role in delivering the end-to-end graduate and undergraduate recruitment lifecycle. During peak early careers campaign periods, your focus will be on attracting, engaging and hiring emerging talent across ANZ. Outside of these busy periods, you will support broader recruitment across the business, partnering with hiring managers on a diverse portfolio of professional, technical and corporate roles. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Early Careers Lead and business stakeholders to deliver strategic early careers hiring requirements across New Zealand. Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate and undergraduate opportunities, from internal briefings and campaign planning through to offer preparation, and early engagement. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, universities and candidates, ensuring a high-quality, people-focused recruitment experience. Support attraction strategies that increase the quality and diversity of early careers hires, reduce time and cost to fill, and promote inclusive recruitment practices across Stantec. Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance the effectiveness, consistency and candidate experience of early careers recruitment. Design and execute innovative sourcing and attraction approaches across early careers and, as required, broader recruitment portfolios. Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring reporting, compliance and process integrity are upheld. Provide proactive communication to stakeholders and candidates, maintaining a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience throughout each process. About You You will bring strong experience in early careers recruitment, with at least 2 years dedicated to campus or graduate hiring. You have a passion for attracting and developing emerging talent, combined with a solid foundation in broader recruitment practices. Alongside your Early Careers focus, you are interested in contributing to experienced hire recruitment, bringing a proactive and adaptable approach to supporting wider business hiring needs. Experience within a complex, professional services, engineering, or construction environment will support your ability to navigate stakeholder demands and deliver effectively. You are highly organised, commercially minded, and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume campaign environments, while remaining flexible and responsive to shifting priorities. You will be comfortable working autonomously, navigating ambiguity and contributing as part of the wider ANZ and Asia Pacific HR team.
