The Role: What You’ll Be Doing Precision Finishing: Executing final trim work, sub-base leveling, and structural layers. Civil & Infrastructure Projects: Working on a diverse pipeline of local projects, from road rehabilitation to large-scale commercial earthworks. Tech-Forward Operation: Utilizing integrated GPS and UTS guidance systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Safety Leadership: Keeping yourself and the crew around your machine safe every single day. What You Bring to the Cab Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience operating a grader within civil construction or road maintenance. The Tickets: Class 2 or 4 New Zealand Driver’s License with valid Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (WTR) endorsements. The Blueprint Eye: Ability to understand site levels, read civil plans, and work comfortably with GPS layouts.
