Role Overview As The Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. Qualifications Retail management experience. A track record of leading by example and delivering top‑tier customer service. A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team. Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
