The Role Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot while maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Process trucks in and out of the yard using our in‑house booking system Direct and instruct truck driver movements within the depot Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure cut‑offs are met Reconcile driver sheets to ensure movements are correctly recorded Reconcile MPI data to ensure depot adherence to regulations Coordinate acceptances, releases and deliveries of full containers Assist with internal and external enquiries Communicate with staff via RT What You’ll Bring Confident, professional communicator – written and verbal High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Proactive and accountable – take ownership and follow through Why Qube Qube offers steady hours, weekly pay and genuine support from day one.
