Key Tasks and Responsibilities Inventory control – receiving, issuing, storage, inward/outward shipping of supply Daily and rolling stock takes, accurately recording levels Maintain a safe and clean work environment Operating the forklift in a safe and efficient manner Housekeeping of the warehouse and remote yards in a safe, clean and tidy condition Comply with all safety requirements, company policies and procedures Data entry and processing of invoices in Pronto Supply of goods and materials in a timely manner Employ best practice inventory management and logistics processes Qualifications and Experience Hold a NZ Visa / rights to work in NZ Hold a full, class 1 Drivers licence Competent and confident operating a forklift – F licence is preferred Previous experience in warehousing, logistics or parts within a mining sector Computer literacy is essential including Excel and Pronto or SAP Ideally hold a qualification relating to warehousing or logistics A high level of accuracy in stock taking and data entry A high degree of safety awareness Demonstrated experience providing solutions to problems A self‑driven, results and improvement orientated approach The ability to communicate within a team environment Undertake periodic stock take of inventory and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Benefits and Work Environment Residential role – live and work in the stunning region of Otago, NZ 7 days on, 7 days off roster (7:00am to 7:00pm) Competitive salary, bonus and discounts Discounts on retail and services Free Southern Cross Healthcare Insurance Monthly health and wellbeing allowance Living Our Values recognition program Onsite Physiotherapist and nurses suite Free transport to work Study assistance Access to OceanaGold Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Exceptional working environment where people are valued and respected Applications close 23 July.
