Job Description
Strategic Key Account Manager – Auckland, New Zealand Roche Diagnostics NZ (RDNZ) is looking for a visionary Strategic Key Account Manager to join our Auckland team and champion impactful, win/win partnerships that elevate patient care across New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Own key account relationships, lead contract management, conduct high‑level business reviews, and resolve commercial challenges. Map customer organizations, uncover hidden opportunities, and inject customer insights into RDNZ’s broader strategic vision. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver value to clients. Ensure all documentation and operations meet Roche’s gold standard for quality, compliance, health, and safety. Qualifications 5+ years of proven success in sales or account management. Tertiary qualification in Science or Business (or a combination of both) is highly desired. Deep knowledge of NZ laboratory networks and Roche diagnostic solutions is desirable. Proficiency in CRM/Data tools such as Salesforce (Rexis) and the Google and Microsoft productivity suites. Outstanding communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to mobilize teams and influence outcomes without formal authority. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally (some international travel may be required). Full eligibility to live and work in New Zealand.
