What you’ll be doing Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders with accuracy and care Operating forklifts, gantry cranes, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Maintaining tidy, well‑organised warehouse areas Working closely with the team to meet daily targets and deliver great service Following all health & safety procedures to keep yourself and others safe What you’ll bring Previous warehouse or storeperson experience is an advantage Gantry Crane license (preferred) A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong numeracy and literacy skills Good physical fitness — some heavy lifting is part of the role A positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliability, teamwork, and a focus on safety What we offer Competitive hourly rate and stable, full‑time hours Monday to Friday, 6am-2.30pm Training and development, including forklift and crane operation Opportunities to grow within EasySteel and the wider Fletcher Steel network Supportive team culture with a focus on wellbeing and safety Employee benefits through the Fletcher Building group EasySteel is a leading supplier of steel and stainless products across New Zealand.
