What you'll be doing As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes while helping shape our talent strategy for the future. You'll: Partner with leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and advise on talent market trends. Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple agencies and disciplines. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future business needs. Strengthen and promote the Omnicom Advertising employer brands across New Zealand. Support the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives aligned with both local and global priorities. Coach and support hiring managers to build recruitment capability and deliver a consistently great hiring experience. Manage internal mobility opportunities and support career movement across the network. Use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes, candidate experience and hiring efficiency. Partner with the wider People team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Represent Omnicom Advertising professionally in the market, building relationships with candidates and industry networks. What you'll bring At least five years' experience in agency recruitment or an in-house Talent Acquisition role managing end-to-end recruitment. Experience recruiting across creative, media, digital, strategy or corporate functions is highly regarded. Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively. A commercial mindset and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS such as Workday or JobAdder. A passion for continuously improving recruitment practices and candidate experience. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. This is more than a recruitment role.
