Height Safety Systems Installer Tradestaff Wellington is looking for an experienced Height Safety Systems Installer to join a busy team delivering specialist height safety solutions across the lower North Island. Based in Wellington, this hands‑on role involves installing permanent height safety and access systems while travelling to sites in Napier and Palmerston North. Location: Wellington Start date: Immediate start Pay rate: $35–$40/hr depending on experience and certifications, paid weekly What You’ll Be Doing Install roof anchors, static lines, fixed ladders, and access platforms Install and maintain permanent height safety systems Use power tools to complete quality installations Work safely at heights for the majority of each day Travel to sites in Napier and Palmerston North, with travel covered Follow health and safety procedures on every job Deliver high‑quality workmanship on commercial and industrial sites What We’re Looking For Current Working at Heights certification is essential Site Safe certification preferred (training can be arranged) Experience installing height safety systems or similar products Confident using power tools in construction environments Roofing or construction experience is highly regarded Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence Physically fit and comfortable working at heights every day Valid New Zealand working rights What’s In It For You Competitive $35–$40/hr pay, with weekly wages direct to your account All travel costs covered when working away from the Wellington region Ongoing training to build your skills and gain industry certifications Varied projects across commercial sites throughout the lower North Island Supportive team with a strong safety focus and great working culture Long‑term opportunities for reliable workers who perform and take pride A pre‑employment drug and alcohol test will be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
