Job Description
RealNZ is seeking enthusiastic crew members to join our day cruise vessels around Fiordland from September 2026 to April 2027. This fixed-term, full-time role blends boat crew duties with hospitality and guest service, on the water and onshore. You'll help with ropes and mooring, serve drinks and food, host guests, and share Fiordland's magic.
