We are now accepting applications for the next intake of our Graduate Programme starting in February 2027! The Opportunity Our Graduate Programme takes place over two years and is designed to build capability across the heart of our business. This year, we have a strong focus on Technical skills in Operations, Engineering, Automation and Supply Chain. You’ll gain hands‑on experience through a number of rotations across areas such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain, working on real projects that make a difference to how we produce and deliver our products every day. You’ll learn through formal training, on‑the‑job experiences, networking with our passionate leaders, and be supported by one of our dedicated leaders. What we would like to see in your application: You’re in the final year of your degree or have graduated within the last 24 months and are able to start with us in February 2027! You’re studying towards, or have completed, a degree in Engineering, Agribusiness, Supply Chain or a related discipline You’re interested in building a career in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain You’re curious, with a real hunger to learn and grow, and you enjoy hands‑on environments You’re a practical problem solver who ‘thinks big’ and finds a way You’re resilient and understand that every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable in dynamic environments and up for a challenge!
