Assistant Farm Manager

About the role We have exciting opportunities available within our Livestock Team for Assistant Farm Managers on our broiler farms, including both a 6-month fixed‑term role and a permanent position. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Farm Manager and step into full accountability in their absence—ensuring the farm operates efficiently, safely, and to Tegel’s high standards. You’ll balance hands‑on animal husbandry with strategic planning and operational oversight, playing a key role in producing high‑quality flocks in a cost‑effective way. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and enjoys solving challenges on the ground.
