Job Description
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management experience, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the confidence to take full responsibility for the department. Key Responsibilities Lead with Purpose: Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Chilled and Frozen Foods department. Drive Success: Manage inventory, achieve financial targets, and ensure product quality and presentation. Empower Your Team: Train and develop staff while fostering a culture of health and safety. Customer Focused: Ensure exceptional service and support our team in staying informed about products and promotions.
