About the Role As a Registered Nurse within the Older Persons Mental Health Service, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients and their whānau. Working across community and clinical settings, you will: Complete comprehensive mental health assessments Develop and implement person-centred care plans Support independence, wellbeing, and quality of life Manage a varied and meaningful caseload Work closely within a multidisciplinary team Contribute to service development and support students and new staff This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people while working in a supportive and values-driven environment.
