Redpath Partners are working in collaboration with a respected and forward-thinking consultancy who deliver project management project advisory, planning and development solutions across New Zealand. Known for their technical depth, commercial acumen and collaborative culture, this consultancy supports a range of high-profile clients through early-stage strategy, planning and project execution. With a strong pipeline and clear strategic direction, they are now looking for a senior project manager to lead a portfolio of work for various longstanding clients. Role This Senior Project Manager position will see you taking ownership of complex projects from feasibility and design phases through to procurement and delivery. You will act as the primary client liaison, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to scope while managing stakeholder expectations and contributing to the business’s wider strategic growth. The responsibilities of the role will include: Overseeing all project activities, throughout complete project life cycle Identifying project scope, goals and deliverables Procurement & Contract Management Programme and Cost Management Excellent communication with all stakeholders, relationship management with the client Design Management involved across the consent process Manage external consultants optimising best practice and construction delivery Technical construction delivery problem solving Requirements Suitable candidates will have the following experience: Experience working for a Project Management Consultancy in NZ or AUS (Delivering vertical construction) minimum 6 year’s experience Proven experience leading commercial projects between $10m-$100m High level of communication skills, proven collaborative ability with demonstrated skills in leading negotiations with multiple stakeholders Proven experience leading the full lifecycle of vertical construction projects Strong knowledge of NZ Building Standards and the tendering process Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or related field Competitive salary depending on ability and experience $150,000 -$170,000 Direct access to Regional and National Manager of Project Management High-profile projects offering great variety and scale Strong pipeline of future work, secure long-term opportunity Challenging, diverse and complex projects to add to your project portfolio Clear progression pathway working towards Project Director position Contact Should you meet the above criteria and be interested in a confidential conversation please apply or email [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
