Ward 6C is a 12-bed acute assessment and treatment unit for people aged over 65 years with an array of mental health (along with some physical health) needs.We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse – preferably with Mental Health nursing experience to join our supportive multidisciplinary team.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills, working alongside patients in a complex environment to meet their identified needs in a multi-disciplinary setting. The emphasis is on the delivery of safe client focused care in a changing dynamic setting, working closely with the Associate Charge Nurse Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist and Registered Nurses within our service.**About the Team/Service/ Location**Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities. To be successful in this role you must have strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a passion for supporting people with an intellectual disability from admission to discharge.
