Qualifications Experience in a phone based or frontline customer service with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences Confident managing a variety of customer queries over various channels Strong relationship skills with the ability to quickly build trust quickly Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Self motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Whether you’re coming from customer service, experienced on the phones, or a recent graduate with a business or finance degree we would love to hear from you.
