We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in successfully transitioning new entrant children into school life. Exceptional organisational skills to create a well-structured and supportive learning environment. A talent for developing a positive and inclusive classroom climate where our youngest students feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow. Experience and confidence in implementing Structured Literacy and effective maths approaches for early learners. A collaborative, fun, and dynamic personality with a desire to contribute positively to our team. A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering foundational skills.
