You'll lead from the front, support and develop your team, maintain service standards, and assist in driving overall venue performance. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and building strong team culture. What We're Looking For Previous hospitality leadership experience Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience as a Duty Manager Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills Current LCQ and Manager's Certificate, or the ability to obtain them Full working rights in New Zealand or eligibility for an appropriate visa About The Bog Located in the heart of Christchurch, The Bog is a popular Irish pub known for great food, live entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere.
