As we continue to grow our Queenstown office, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer ready to step into a leadership role and help build on our structural capability in the region. About The Role You will work within a small, dynamic team in Queenstown, playing a key role in building and leading our structural discipline locally. With an established and growing pipeline of work in the region, you’ll help drive a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, while also being involved in projects nationally. You will work closely with our wider team of talented professionals to ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients. About You Understand risk, be commercially astute, and place a high regard on client satisfaction Experience in leading or mentoring within the delivery of structural engineering projects A strong desire to step into or further develop in a people leadership role, building and growing a team Demonstrated leadership capability, with a passion for mentoring and fostering professional development Qualified BEng (Hons) or equivalent CPEng preferred or working towards would be an advantage A strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects, with proven experience in structural engineering, including seismic design to NZ Codes In‑depth knowledge of New Zealand’s structural engineering standards and building codes Exceptional communication, enabling effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
