Casual position | Lambie Drive, Manukau City Overview We are looking for reliable and adaptable individuals to join our Interpreting Service team on a casual, on-call basis. About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Booking Coordinator to join our Interpreting Service at Counties Manukau District. Our Interpreting Service supports equitable access to healthcare by coordinating a team of skilled interpreters and delivering on-site, telephone, and virtual interpreting services across the organisation. As a Booking Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring interpreting requests are managed efficiently and accurately. You will coordinate bookings, allocate interpreting services, and work closely with interpreters and staff across Counties Manukau to support smooth day-to-day operations. This is a casual, on-call position, requiring flexibility and availability to cover shifts at short notice. About You You are an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach. You enjoy working collaboratively and understand the importance of delivering timely and accurate support services.
