Beauty Advisor

A leading global Travel Retailer, at Auckland Airport are looking for Beauty Advisor to join their team at Auckland Airport, working with some of the world's leading brands. JOB OVERVIEW This position is a key member of the sales team, which is responsible for the provision of effective and courteous service to customers. As a Beauty Advisor you are required to work effectively in a team environment and follow all reasonable requests from members of the management team. The position holder shall contribute to the effectiveness of the business, providing suggestions for continuous improvement of their brand/department and improvement of the operations and processes. Key Duties Welcome and assist customers, providing expert beauty product advice. Deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities. Process payments, refunds, and exchanges accurately. Maintain clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing displays. Conduct stock checks and report damaged or missing items. Monitor and prevent theft through loss prevention procedures. Complete administrative tasks and follow company policies. Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Follow health, safety, and airport security requirements. Job Requirements Experience in retail, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare. Strong customer service and sales skills. Cash handling and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Must have full driver license and own transport Must pass all pre-employment checks Pay rate: $28.45 Expected Attendance (Days and Time of Work): SUNDAY - THURSDAY 2.30PM-11PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
