The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting and generating new listings, conducting property appraisals, and managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to settlement. Day-to-day tasks include meeting and liaising with vendors and buyers, hosting open homes and private inspections, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating advertising campaigns. The role involves monitoring local market trends, advising clients on pricing and sales strategies, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations. The Real Estate Salesperson will also be expected to deliver high-quality customer service, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate closely with the wider Raine & Horne team. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills and qualifications in Real Estate and Real Property, with a solid understanding of local market conditions. Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License (or be eligible to obtain one in New Zealand) and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations professionally. Relevant experience in residential or commercial property sales is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule that may include weekends, and handle multiple listings concurrently. Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and basic office software is advantageous.
