We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Hamilton office. Key Responsibilities and Experience Required Recruitment & Candidate Management Manage full 360 recruitment processes from business development through to placement and aftercare Source, screen, interview, reference check, and place candidates across multiple sectors Manage high-volume recruitment requirements while maintaining quality candidate engagement Business Development & Client Management Develop and grow new business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships. Conduct client visits and regular account management meetings. Manage client expectations and resolve escalated staffing matters professionally.
