Our services are evidenced based best practise and are known for being people-centred, caring, transformative and responsive. We are looking to appoint an experienced qualified and registered Social Worker, Counsellor, or Addictions Practitioner for our residential programme based in Manukau. Key Responsibilities Provision of casework that provides integrated care for those experiencing co-existing problems of addiction and mental health. Group facilitation Working within the framework of The Salvation Army Bridge Programme Model of Treatment. Implementation of the Salvation Army Bridge Programme Policies and Procedures Person Specification Degree in Addictions Counselling, Social Work, or Counselling Registration with a relevant professional body Excellent written and oral communication skills. Commitment to continuing professional development relevant to addiction studies. Starting salary The starting salary for this role will fall between $68,037.77 and $102,000 per annum . This role is covered by pay equity and the final remuneration will be dependent on the years of experience the preferred candidate brings to the role.
